All of our products are made in small batches. We do not adhere to a season or schedule.
Our fabrics are sourced from around the world and are finalized at our studio in Providence, Rhode Island. We dye everything by hand.
Our objects are conceived at our Providence studio and are manufactured in various regions of the world.
Our cereal is produced by hand and from scratch for each session.
Due to the nature and craft of our products all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you receive damaged goods notify us within 3 business days of receipt and we will arrange for replacement. Please provide your order number and the associated name.
A portion of our items are fulfilled every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Should you prefer to receive your order sooner than our fulfillment days you are encouraged to select expedited shipment your order. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. It may take up 1-2 additional days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.
Once an order is made you will receive a tracking number for your order. To avoid unnecessary delays please ensure shipping details are input into our system correctly. Once a package has been marked "Delivered" there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts.
WHY DOES MY LABEL SHOW "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
At times USPS and UPS do not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
We ship worldwide. However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. Toy Mart, LLC. does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.
Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order will be considered Null & Void.
